Heavymagicselect.com's auction site acts as the venue for select sellers to list items (or, as appropriate, solicit offers to buy) and buyers to bid on items. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. In this regards, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

However, I have built this site to host some of the best artists in the world, and I expect it to be run with honor and class!

Bidding: read carefully

Bidding on this site is very basic and to the point "OLDSCHOOL"

When bidding be aware that all bids placed in the amount you write in the form box will appear on the auction as the "exact amount you put in", meaning "there is no hidden bidding ever."

"When you pull the trigger on a bid "you shoot."

So Please be sure the bid you put in, is correct the first time!, and that you are willing to pay the amount in full at the end of the auction to the respective auction owner, should you be the winner.

If you accidentally type in the wrong amount you cannot go back and must contact the administrator immediately.

Payment Arrangements:

When an Auction ends, The auction owner and successful bidder should contact
each other for final payment and shipping arrangements.
as stated above Heavymagicselect.com is not involved in the transaction between seller and buyer.
